David Neville
Director
David’s Surveying career began in 1973 and he joined Nilsson Noel and Holmes in 1988. He subsequently became a company director and swapped driving the 4WD for driving a desk – advising clients, corresponding with Councils, servicing authorities and associated professions. David takes personal job satisfaction in understanding client requirements and achieving them in the shortest time frame possible with the most economical outcome. His considerable experience in the land development industry is invaluable for the first time client and relied upon for our many happy repeat customers.
Grant Napper
Licensed Surveyor/Director
Grant’s Land Surveying career began in 2005 in Gippsland specialising in rural cadastral surveys and undertaking a broad range of engineering and monitoring surveys around the Latrobe Valley. A move to Melbourne resulted in years of experience undertaking and overseeing surveys for residential subdivisions in Melbourne’s urban growth areas. Grant is a Licensed Surveyor and joined Nilsson Noel and Holmes in 2015 before subsequently becoming a director of the company.
Stephen Joy
Former Subdivisions Officer
Stephen joined Nilsson Noel and Holmes in 2016 after 42 years working in local government at the former Shire of Hastings and Mornington Peninsula Shire Council. The 2013 ACSV Subdivision Officer of the year, Stephen has vast experience and knowledge surrounding the subdivision and development approval process and is the critical link between our clients and the referral authorities and councils.
Linda Sahhar
Town Planner
Linda commenced with Nilsson, Noel & Holmes in 1986 and is the principal Town Planner. She has a strong knowledge of the complex planning controls and extensive growth area Precinct Structure Plan experience, reinforced by a reliable network of professional sub-consultants in numerous fields. Linda takes pride in building strong relationships with clients to guide them through the multi-faceted requirements of the planning process.
